Below are listed the Hotels for our Spring Fling tourney, 2010.
Please check and confirm that they do accept pets.

Palm Tree Inn - 28070 Southampton Parkway, Courtland, VA 23837.
Anyway, we've been talking to them and now they are willing to let as many people as want to, come stay at their hotel with their dogs. The rate is $59.99 a night ($62.99 after tax)+$15 pet fee per stay (not per night or per pet, just one fee). People can request the kind of room they want as far as smoking and beds, but obviously they don't have infinite rooms (48). The phone number is 757-653-9890 and when you call for reservations you need to identify yourselves as being part of the Kline group for the dog show. We've already started to fill the place up so if you want a room, I'd recommend you call soon! The people are really nice and the Klines checked out the place in person last time we were down there and found it clean and decent. Let's fill them up and treat them right, picking up after ourselves etc.. If all goes well and we do a good job with the grounds and rooms, we can hope that they continue to let us stay there the twice a year when we come down to play flyball

We will have a new food vendor this tournament.

NEW RV RESTRICTIONS
The biggest change is that RV's can't stay overnight. Apparently, Southampton County has an ordinance about camping. If your RV is parked overnight, you may be fined. The property manager said the RV's are permitted to remain on site during the day and into the early evening. So between 10:30pm and 6:00am, there will be no RV's parked at the site. I have been told that Walmart has some unwritten rule that RV's can be parked there overnight. Confirmed with a phone call to the Franklin Walmart, RV's may park at the outer edge of the parking lot over night.
